Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC)
The ISBDC provides management assistance to current and prospective business owners, including a wealth of free and low cost information, management counseling, and educational services designed to support business owners and entrepreneurs. A business advisor from the East Central office in Muncie comes to a satellite office in Anderson every Wednesday.

Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE)

The SCORE Association is dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide.  Both working and retired executives and business owners donate their expertise as business counselors.  Anderson SCORE provides business counseling at no charge to individuals and small businesses in Madison county and surrounding areas.

Flagship Enterprise Center (FEC)
The Flagship Enterprise Center is a small business incubator and growth stage business accelerator for technology-based businesses. In addition to offering business counselling services, the FEC established the Flagship Microloan Program in 2010, approving more than 250 loans totaling over $6 million since beginning the program. The FEC Microloan Program also offers Technical Assistance Program to help their clients continue to grow.
