Mayor Thomas J. Broderick, Jr. and the City of Anderson congratulate Coal Ironworks on the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony that officially launches their education facility that coincides with their business which fabricates their specialty forging presses. The company celebrated the occasion by hosting the inaugural Andy Davis Hammer-in, a two-day event that attracted over 200 people of all ages from near and far. Started by two men with a passion in their small residential shop, Coal Ironworks now employs nearly 20 people in its 43,000 SF building in downtown Anderson.
